Before I start are study on Church History.

  I want to put thought out there.First I want all us remember that who is a saver in Jesus Christ are all church member,most of all we are the church. So starting this study we have remember we are  the church and we make up the church and we have a saying in are home. But most church ask you to be a member of the church to speak up. So to all the people who want to get involve with there church, pleas come a member of your church and speak your mine. History of the churches and there change and why today churches don’t to change to the impact of the time

       The last 6 month I came a member of my local church and getting to know the people  pretty well special the couple people who is or  around my age specially so call youth pastor(I say that because he don’t get paid for it and he should be. But because the church don’t want to spend the money to paid him as a employee of the church) I got to know in the year half. He is good friend and taught me allot.(Jason for you support and helping get a new look at the bible and the church.)He is a Biblical Theology teacher.So with all this say I want do Post on are church and the history of the church and the changing and why today churches are afraid to change to the culture. Because are church is going through this and the longer people want a change ant the older don’t.So us  are pushing a change and we need one.Plus lately are pastor is going always form teaching the bible and teaching us what going on in the world and the US.So the question come up and i thinking about this allot lately,Why church are getting a way form the bible to keep up with are time and not use the bible of are time?Also why are trying getting new younger people to church to get more people off the street and get know Jesus?So this get to my study.The first part of this study is about the history of the church and the change they went through.Part 2 will be the history of today church and why they don’t want to change.Part 3 is about the changing of the churches and how they should be changing for what going on on what the bible say and not the world.

Why people are loneliness

   It come to this.We don’t have the real love for God.We live in best of the time in the world.May that why we are going to god for are help in life.But we know that only way get true love and feel like something is if we give are live to God.We need to have 3 kind of love to be in true love with God and they are:

1.need love

2.gift love

3. and want love

If  we fine these love,we will fine love.

By faith!

   Study on Hebrew 11.We see in chapter 1 it tell us we have faith on stuff not seen let. We have faith in god God through other,but mostly when God send his only begotten son to earth to so us there is a true God.Jesus did what no men could ever done.Like:

1.Was born by a women who never had sex before.
2.cast demon out of people.

3.Raise people form the Dead.

4 turn water to wine.

  Faith is thing we don’t see.We know it true through of the bible and the people of the bible story.Faith is a assurance of thing we hoped for.(verse 1) Put it this way don’t we put trust and hope That we make through the day bye day.When we fly or drive a car that nothing will go wrong and we come out it save.We don’t know what going to happen,but by faith we trust that everything going to be ok.So why then we shouldn’t we  put are faith on God on till we be with Him in heaven.

   Or put like this,If some one promise us something we know it going to happen.Well God tell us His promise through the bible and through His son.Jesus live a prefect life and he died for that ,because they didn’t know who he was.But by the teacher of the bible,we see the promise he gave us through other.I think God did this for the nature of man.What I mean is we put trust in other.So in this way God use man to show the world through other to show us God is God.

  Let us look at creation on till now.He show us form day one that he create all thing in 6 day in gen 1.Then he so us the future through dreams of Ezekiel and Daniel of the future.And form reading Ezekiel we see these thing coming true.Study Ezekiel 38-39.It talk about thing going on to day.Like;

1.that the fare north and the south will come against Israel.

2.It talk about a war that no one will see and there be weapon be use only specially people could clean up after so long of period.To day we here about nuclear warfare. We know form what they say about this warfare.They say they can’t clean up after a period of time and they have to  send people out to mark the dead and send specially people to gather the dead.Read this in Ezekiel 39:9-16

3.talking about the fair north.they are  gathering all the horses up.If you really study on what going on the world today.You will see that Russia is buying all these horse up.So that make you think what going on.

Well with these 3 thing I put in front of you and there more through of the bible that thing where put in the bible that came true.Like the fallen of Israel and the rebirth of the land.It talk about it before it happen.So that why we should have faith.Because God prove thing to us over and over.So that lead to this point.Put trust in the Lord and not what man tell you.Because we see the truth over and over in the bible.If the bible not true or God not true it make you think,why then everything is coming to the truth in this great book they call the bible.Well to close I want to tell you a story I have.  When I was a kid I all way ask my day where the end and why we never fine it.I also ask if some one created us who created God.My dad had no answerer for me.On till I was save I never want or new how to believe that we where created by chance.Something inside of me was telling me that.Then I got save and I know now that the Holly Sprit was leading me to God.So through faith and grace came to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ That He die for me and I didn’t have to do anything to be save form him,but through my repents of my sin.

So busy

After summer I will get back to blogging.Right now I work on one so stick around because i still here.

Knowing that God always love us no matter what going on in are life and How busy we are.

   Well this study for  me is a blessing for me,because in the summer I very busy and don’t always put God first in what I do. But i know god is all way there for me and love me.

Well let get Start and turn to 2 Peter 2:3-11. I want to spend most of this study in verse 9 and it say(For whoever lack these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind,having forgotten that he was clean from his former sins). This tell me first for all That we forget why we were save form the beginning. We where most of us was at the end of looking for that right thing in are life and we gave are sin and life to Jesus. And Jesus took always are sin on the cross.The 2nd thing is that I see in this verse is that we catch up with other God like:Money,are job,and are life.But it also tell me it don’t have to be like this.There is a way to live for God and that is to stay close to him all way and obey in His laws.In Matthew 6:31-34 so us what to do to keep the lord near us.Matthew say in these verse is,Do not be anxious to ask God for food and what I should eat,or what I should and how,or what I should be wearing verse 31. Because God know we need these thing Verse 32.But you should seek first for all is the kingdom of god and his righteousness,and all thing will be added to you verse 33.And verse 34 tell us don’t be anxious about tomorrow,for tomorrow is anxious for tomorrow for us already.So this giving me to thinking about me and how I live my live.It make wondering why I all way worry about what going on my live and what going to happen to me.So I going to bring this to lord and ask him to keep me for the moment and let me do His will and not my.Well this post teaching no matter how good or bad i have in my life I all way need to keep God with me all the time.He the one who save me and want to be His son forever and His friends.And we know friends stick by each other  always,so why would we do that with God.So i hope this help you people who are Lack of worship with the Lord and help think why you are like that.

What ever Happen in are Life we should now that God is in are life no matter what.

   I was in church yesterday and was thinking why in the summer I all way fall short to God,because I always all way fall for reading the bible and preying.I would always say That I am too busy.But I now I all way have time for God,because he all make time for us.So if he have time form then I have all the time for him.Because I know he is allot busier then me because he have deal with this sinful world. But  I thought about this yesterday when I was waken when the pastor was about what ever is going in are life,we should always now God is always with us.So on my notes I start writing on How we should have be\ encores that God is with us all the way and all the time.So I wrote these thing down:

                    1.God have all power over every one and everything,because he created us and gave us all thing.So we have no say on what happen or what we get in are life,because God give us all thing.So we need to trust in the Lord and we need to trust him on even when bad thing happen to us in are live,because he won’t let anything Bed happen to us.

                   2.He have a plan for us and He don’t change thing that He have plan for us.

                   3.He love us no matter how bad we do or how bad we fell.We have there will be sin in the world and are life.In  Gen.Chapter 3  Sin came in the world through Adam and Eve .When they ate form the tree of life they new they did wrong when they figure out they where naked and hide form God in Gen. 3:8-9.And in Gen 3:10-11.In Gen 3:13 we see they blame the other person for there wrong.Gen 3:22 God so us what is good and evil to us.So we see in this chapter no matter what we did to do evil He so love and care for us still his love to us when he went out and search out for Adam and Eve.We all way need to know that God all way love us.So That why God also send His only begotten son to world to save us for are sin when Jesus went to the cross for us.Through Jesus we saw the only perfect man and the only one Who God send to earth to save the world.But we where in to the world and still not trust in God.But God gave us Jesus if we search Him out.When we Go to Jesus we don’t have to do anything for are salvation.But when we go to Jesus we have to accept we are sinner and we can’t live are live any more and we need are creator to live for us.So this is going in to a deeper thought to me right now and I not going to stop here so get read for a ride of are life that we should want in are life.So here More thing on mind now.We need to not go to Jesus as way to ask for thing or ask to for give are sin.We need to have in all are live and at all time.He is are father and a friend to us and we should treat him like are heaven father or are friends.We don’t go to them to say I need this and that and we don’t going to them for forgiveness.We do sometime,but not all the time.We go to them for relationship and some to talk and ask for help when need us.So that the way we should Jesus as a friend and a father and have a relationship with Him.Let me tell I fell form this too and need have a better relationship with Jesus.So it come down to this,it don’t matter we are busy or not we all way should have Jesus in are live every minute a the day.

Walking in the Lord.

   In church to day we had a guest pastor and His name was Dr.Elwood Chipchase and speak walking in the Lord and are roll in are gift of grace.He mostly talk about how we need to get the Word of Christ out and not wait.He put this way on how we walk for Christ.

  1 When we here massage and what preacher said we should share it with other and not the one we know,We should be sharing it with everyone in the world.

2.He said we should share a Grace where ever we go.

3.Are work should tell who we are and if we are save or not.So remember That we are watch form other always. So we have always doing God will.
 

So remember we were save through a free gift of grace and we are ask to share with other.So let us tell every one about the love of God and his book of live.

Life is too short and the world is too small

       We live in a crazy world and at time it get us catch up and lost.We get busy with are Job or we go on vacation and forget get to talk to the lord and read the bible. That where I am right now in my life. When the summer come around my job is so busy that  I work allot of hour and even sat and sometime Sunday.So most of the time I forget or get  too tire to spend time with God. That is poor excuse  to have. I know when I am like this I falling in to Satan trap and get stuck up in the world thing.So that why i am writing this post and that why I call it(Life is too short and the world too small.)

   Are pastor in are church did a study on Psalm 90 this morning.It what I need to here because where I am. So let get in to the chapter. Right off the back in verse on it tell us God is are saving gadroon.( Psalm 90:1 Lord have begin our dwelling place.) This verse telling me god is in are life if we like or not.So we have to put are trust and listen what the Lord is put in are heart and ack on them.That why we have to now we are on this earth for a short time.When we die on this earth(when I say when,I mean we do not know  when time is up,it only god now the time)we have a chose to made:

          First is to put are faith in God so we have everlasting life.

          Or we could say we don’t care were we go and do what ever we want in are life and go to judgment and fail for the  very last time.

  Well let me tell you I am putting my faith in the Lord so I don’t live in hell.So life to short.So we have trust in the lord and fallow him by faith. It not a test,But it is given us as free gift.because of Jesus death for us already on the cross for are sin and he only ask us to come to Him in faith and repent are sin.And everything else will come form God.This is where i have hard time with,Because I always try it my self and wonder why i fail all way.I know now I wasn’t putting my faith in the Lord.But I learn if you put your faith in the Lord and act on it,it get better and easer to live in this crazy world.I also learn you can’t put the trust in the world,because it lead you to a crazy place and it not fun.So let get back to are study.verse 9 and 10 tell us life is to short in years.Why life is to short.Well because we bring in sin in the world and God said ok you have a short time to repent and give your life to him.So the time we have we have do what in store with us through the Lord.So in closing we need to ask God teach us to number our day and live the way God want us psalm 90:12

Luke 18 part 2

in this post I am in Luke 18:15-17.

  Revive form the the last  Post.We talk about  different between tell we believe in Chris then we we put are trust in the Lord.When we believe in the lord are live will change because God will guide us and so us right way to live.So Chris himself will change us and we don’t have to do anything in turn. It funny,because I grew up thinking it are work get us save and not Chris.So it still hard when I do wrong to believe that,because of my work.But deep Down I know I earn my grace through Jesus and not my work.

   So let us get in are study in Luke 18:15-17. These verse is not only talking about kids,but it also talking about every one who is a Christian.It tell me we should go to Jesus Christ as a child,because as a adult we try do are thing and we were child we are asking for guidance.Child all way cry when they do wrong or don’t get there way.We do the same.But when we go to Chris with are problem he give us guidance and if we do it he give us what is right for us and not what is wrong for us.So when we Prey to the Lord we should all ask for His help and Guidance and don’t ask for wrong thing.So Getting to this point.We need to seek Jesus Christ like a child.So if we go to God as  child we will learn easer on the way he want us to live and do for are life.Learn like a child is easer there learn like adult,because adult thing they now it all.So we need to learn how child live and learn form adult.God is are teacher and we are his student.God is are Dad and we are his kid.God is and adult and we are child and looking up to him.So is we keep we go the way of the world we live like Roman 6:20 say we do.So what I mean there.When we buy something new,we now it don’t stay new and we look for what new.It also tell me that creation is limit in time,in a way like we come in the earth like a child and learn are way through life,so if we have learn are way why do we have to do it on are own and not put are trust in to a teacher.So put in a better way.If we think we are going to get save by are work and not a salvation we should not be a christen then,we should be living in the world.So we should all way trust in the Lord and not put in trust in us,because we will all way do wrong no matter what.we can’t all way get what we won’t and we think we do and we need to trust what we have is what the Lord want us to have.When we trust in the world a savor is sin and we believe in the Lord he is are savor.But when do wrong we can’t play it to take it away.But  if we trust in the lord he will help us to stop what is evil.We will all way sin,but we now we got a savor and we don’t have do anything to get to heaven,but trust in Jesus.Are work won’t get us to Heaven.Are life don’t make us who we are.God made us who we are.So  we need to trust the Lord and put all are heart to him.So here some thing to think about when we live for the world and no it go and when we are with the the Lord.

Study on Luke 18:9-14

   Matt Chandler and he is the Pastor at The Village Church. In his sermon on Luke 18(http://hv.thevillagechurch.net/sermons) So us that we don’t have to region people to get in Heaven. He so us only way we can to get in Heaven is by knowing and only knowing Jesus Christ.We look at Luke 18:9-14 He show us how 2 people prey and they are Pharisee and Tax Collector. The Pharisee Prey like we would be regions  people and he show us it not what we do or act to get in heaven.It the what the tax collector.Because he went right to Jesus and said I am a sinner and I don’t deserve to be with you ,bur be merciful.So Jesus sowing us he don’t really care of work in a way that we don’t accept him as are savor.But he rather have us not doing good work and we do give are life to Chris.

     So this is telling me fist of all and the most important we need to is nothing,but put are trust in the lord as a Savor and he die for are sin.And rest will come or it might not.But of we keep are trust in him we will be better off the trying what people want us to do to be a better person.

    Now I see why I all new there was God,But I got thought in the early year that good work will get you in Heaven and When you did sin you are a sinner.I was never thought that I had saver who put his life for us and he only ask us to do is to come to Him and ask to be merciful to me and that Jesus.

So only thing we need to do is to put are trust and life to Jesus as are savor.

When I came home form Reno till when I got save.

       So when I came home form Reno we drove back on 80 and it took us 37 hr.My dad lost is job and got a new Job and movie up to Scranton and I decide to movie to Philly with my uncle and grandma.i put my app in the Abington school district,because my ant work there.So in the between time before I got the Job my uncle got me with job form his friends.So I work for him for the summer before I got the school job.I being with the school now for 10 years.It a great job.I took me 9 year before I got a day job.Now I run the school as the Head Custodian.

  My free time I really didn’t  have my own friends,but I hung out with my uncles friends.I always thought I was all own and my life was nothing and I was looking for thing to do,But I didn’t know I could do thing on my own and I could do stuff and go place by myself,so I hung out at bar most of my free time.I was single and still is.So that a another thing  I was looking for.But I was looking for the wrong reason.So now I looking to share my life and spend rest of my life with.With all my life was nothing to brag about and yes sometime I thought what am I doing with my life and I was wondering why I was living.And I think that why God was calling me to Him to show me there is a better way to live.So when I put all my trust in Jesus as my savor I now there is a better way to live and that is through Him.Because if he die for are sin and love us like he does.So How could we say they is a better way of life with out the Lord and I say there is no other way to live with out the Lord.

What you do on a bad day?

  I fine out that you have to be very close and talk to the Lord through the day,plus get in to the Bible. It most time it help.But in dome case it don’t specially you are tier.But you have to now the Lord is with you and protect you all way.

   So when feel down you now everything going to be ok if you trust in the lord.So put your hope and trust in the lord all thing you do and feel.

When I movie to Reno NV.

  My brother was living out there already and I figure out for a ski season and check it out.I got a season pass out there.I live there for 10 month but it didn’t work out(I will Get to that.) We drove out and it was alsome trip out.I saw Death Valley and Grand Kennan and other stuff.When I got there I got a job at a casino as a busier boy at night it ok. After work I gamble and living a good live.But it catch up with me and I have to live on the street for a week.So I living in my car and the casino. So after a week of that.I told my brother about it and he said it time to back east.So i did.

  Let tell the skiing was alsome and it was the best thing I did.I had a blast out there,but to mush.I learn allot about it.But I still love to spend money.Would do it again?Yes……….

Study in John 1:1 part 2

  Last time I broke down the verse and How I look at it and I look at it like this: Jesus was the Word,and the Word was with God and the Word was God at the beginning of all thing. Then I broke down the Verse  in section and I only got to the part of:In the beginning was the Word and I gave verse to back it up.That where led off.So this lesson I will go to rest of the verse at least more of it.

  So let go to the part tell us The Word Was With God: It tell me couple thing and let me break them down for you.
1. Jesus was with God on his side and help to created all thing.   

2.God want to so Jesus every before it was maid and after it was maid so when God send Jesus down to earth to so us the love of  God. So he now every about His father that created and how he love what God maid and did for us.

3.It lead us to show in the next part of the verse that He was with and was God so lead us he was god but in a different person of God.

               a.So it lead us on how to believe in the trinity. In the way to show us the second person of the trinity. We will see the third  Person latter on,and the third person is the Holly Sprit.

4.It also show us that god was feed up with the world and he said he won’t destroy any more.But he send his only begotten son die for are sin.(It great when a storm come in and lighten and thundering outside,because it give me joy that  he is mad at but at the same time he love love us.)

Well this is a good start for my first bible study I did on my Owen.I would like input on how i did and what I need on.

My early day of going to church!

 

   When I was growing till I was 13 my parents where church people.My parent where Catholic and they try for 1 year a Christian church.But we got in to sport and they stop going.

   Well I all new God,but I all was learn I thought that God judge us and when we do wrong he didn’t forgive us.So it was so hard to believe that God love us that he ask to come to Him with are sin.So I really didn’t believe I could be save on what I did.So I grew up not trusting the Lord for my live,on till I put my trust in Jesus.Well that a another post that come latter.

My thought on The Gospel oh John 1:1 Part 1

When I read this verse it tell me I should read it like this:

The word was Jesus, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God at the beginning.

It tell me 2 thing right away and they are:

1. Jesus wasn’t at the beginning,he was also God Gen. 1:1 Talk about the beginning. If any one have doubt they should read Gen 1-2.It tell all about the creation.It tell straight out God made everything.

2. The 2nd thing is John want us save allot of time and headache. He took us straight to the point that Jesus was God and he was with god at the beginning. John tell us through this verse and John 1:2 and John 1:14. these verse link together. (this get me thinking of John Piper on how he link verse together and he dose by arcing .They made a web site out of it and it is: www.biblearc.com)

    So it lead me to my study. Let break this verse down step by step. In the beginning was the Word. In the beginning you could have your only study.Like

1.How god created the World and every on it.
2.God love and the love He had what he made.

3. How sin came in the world.

4.The history of Israel .

   But like I said these are for another study.So we are going to get in Jesus was at the beginning. In Colossians 1:15- 19  tell us that Jesus was before all thing and all thing made through him and nothing was made with out Him.

1 John 1:1

REV 1:4,8,17 ;3:14;21:6;22:13

In Rev. He is the Alpha and Omega (with is the first and last letter in Greek.) He also is the beginning and the end. Jesus came to us once for are sin and He is coming back to take us away form this sinful world.

  The next time I will break down the rest of the verse or the next 2 or 3.

My Baptism!

  On June 7,2009 I came a member of Crossroad Bible Church and I got baptize too. It took me about 5 years to finely found a church I feel like I at home.They ask me to give a short testimony and why I want to me a member of the church.Let me tell you I was nervous.But I got through it.My dad and uncle,plus a code worker and allot of people came out and support me.I want to thank all of you for coming out.

  I went first to give my testimony.I said basic:When I was growing up I was all way looking for something new but I never found it.So one day I figure out I would try the church thing. So at the time I didn’t new the Holly Sprit was calling me.At the end of the service they ask who ever don’t now Jesus as you savor come up and give Him testimony.So I new at that I ask Jesus was my savor and He took my sin a way for good.And that about all.(So if you want to know more of my testimony please read my first 2 post and more to come.)So then the Pastor ask me why I want to be come a member of this church so I said:I new a guy form this church and I went to a services,but didn’t live here.So when I movie here I new I could go to this church.What I about this church is:When you walk in there people at the great you and welcome you.Then when you sit down people came up to you and welcome you to the church.And after awhile me Jason came close and he reach out to me.They make you feel welcome.Pastor preach a good word that you want to get in the bible and want to learn the word of the bible.So I want to be apart of that.Then the other gave there testimony and when they where done we went back of the church and got ready to be baptize.So know I went last.After the Pastor I felt relive and it felt good the I took the huge step in my life.

   Afterward all three of congrade each other and then we went out and everybody came up to us and did the same.Plus they said welcome to are church.My code gave me great support and every one else specially  my dad,uncle and Jason.It all fell good to talk to Jason because he just got form Italy.So know I ready to get involve in the church.

  Let me tell you it so great to be involve in a church,because it help you to grow and teach allot.But now I will now will fine out all the benefits on all the gifts.

    I was born in the Allentown and I grew right out side of there and my parent live in 3 place when we grew up.But we stay in the same school district it was in Slatington.My parent where great people.I also have 2 other brother.I had a learning and speech problem and I was in a special class in school all my life.I really didn’t get pick on allot.All my classmate and other where good with me,and if they where not my brother who was 2 year longer and his friends would bet them up.I also where and still are friend with my brother and his friends.(Now he is traveling and working for a tour guide in Central America,He also being all over the world.He my best friend.)I ran in couple issue with people with my problem,but trying to deal with it,I couldn’t and I got in to couple fight.By the way my parents taught us never to fight.This kid all way pick on me.And one day at football game he was picking on me in the locker room and I got fed up and hit him and then he hit me.Before we got in to it the coach broke it up.We got in allot of trouble.I was scare to go home.But when I got home,my parents said to me about time you finally you stood up for your self.After that he and other did not pick on me any more.I all way fallow the crowed.It was ok,but we start drinking and did all that thing. We really didn’t allot to do in are town accept drinking and Fri night football game.Let me tell you were a big football town and everybody came out.We weren’t that good but we support are team.We all way drank before and are parent all was mad at us.But one was good,but now I really don’t now it was or not,was they care for us drinking,but they new they couldn’t stop us.So they all way if you guys and your friend get to drunk and can’t get home,they said it don’t matter what time it was and you need a ride home call us.I think we never did.But it nice to have parents like that.So get back on track here.my little brother up to when he got out of High school he love to pick on me and I all away took out on the wall and he all way got to a point I put a hole in the wall and once I went through a window with out cutting myself.But I never led a hand and I glad for that.When he got older he change and we came best of friends and still are.That why I said we have a great family.But there where one thing all bug me about my dad.(let me tell you I love my dad and he was there for me all way and care for me.)When I was talking and when one of my brother want to talk then he will stop listen to me and listen to them.But over all growing up was great.I couldn’t ask for any better of live and a great family.

  I think I going to start blogging.It seem like every one is doing it and I Thought I should get on the ball with it so that why I am here. My blog will be about Christian live and my growing in this new live I have in the lord.I will also talk about other thing. I will also linking to web.But  want to let you all know I not a good righter,so sorry about how I write.

Well for my first post let me tell you about me a little bit. People call me Jim. I am 36 who live in Huntingdon Valley Pa. outside of Philly.I am a single man.I a Christian and love Jesus. I am a new Christian and I have Jesus as my saver.I am a out door person and love to do stuff outdoors and traveling. I love talking to God,reading the bible. On Sunday June 7 I am coming a member of my church and getting baptized.The church I go to is Crossroad  bible Church of Huntingdon Valley.I  at Abington schools as a head custodian and being there 10 years in Nov.

    This is a good start for my first post and on the fallowing one to come I will get in more detail of my life and on how I live.On till then welcome to my blog and I hope you in joy my post and learn form it.
